Received construction drawings today.
Expecting to start building "in 2 weeks"
As expected slab will be require screw piles. Will get the cost of this next week - hopefully not too scary.

Work is ongoing...roof tiles have been installed onto single story parts (garage and rear). Plumbing and aircon ducting is also being instal... -
The bricklayers have apparently finished, all electrical rough-ins (and my speaker cables) are done, and the insulation is nearly complete....
